Terms of Service

Last updated: July 8, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Gyria service (the “Service”) provided by [Gyria — Legal Entity Name] (“Gyria”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Gyria is a retrieval-grade knowledge layer with a continuous testing loop for AI agents. Features, limits, and credit pricing may change as the Service evolves.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, your workspace members, and activity under your API keys. You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or use the Service unlawfully, and only to ingest content you have the right to use.

Your content

You retain all rights to content you ingest. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to your workspace. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models.

Credits & billing

Usage is metered in credits. During the current phase, credits are provisioned by Gyria and paid billing is not yet enabled; pricing and payment terms will be presented before any charge applies. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except as required by law.

AI output disclaimer

Answers are generated from your sources and may be incomplete or incorrect. The Service is provided to assist, not to replace, professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Warranty & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gyria’s aggregate liability is limited to [the amounts you paid in the prior 12 months], and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
